ART WORK WANTED

PAR wishes to showcase the talent of persons with MRDD. Artwork is requested for an art gallery that will be open during our annual convention to promote those abilities. We urge all artists, arts & crafts groups, and others in the field of MRDD to submit display items. Convention attendees and artists are welcome to attend the free Gallery opening to network with other artists.

• Artwork display is free in a secure room.

• Artwork must be delivered/picked up from the Embassy Hotel in Dublin.

• Artwork will not be sold from the gallery this year. If you wish to sell artwork you may become a vendor.

In order to register, please print, fill out, and mail to us an entry form for EACH PIECE of artwork you are planning to bring. These cards will also help us to identify the artist in order to give them the credit they deserve for their hard work. Please observe the following rules and guidelines:

• Paintings must at least be matted, preferably framed and ready to hang.

• Numerous small crafts by groups must be in a display format.

• Artwork may be dropped off by Wednesday, October 8th by 5:00 p.m. and picked up by 12:00 noon on Friday, October 10th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Dublin. 

• Artwork can display a price, but cannot be sold from the gallery. Prospective buyers may contact you to purchase an item. Artwork for sale must be sold at a vendor space.
