GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS

1. Presenters may apply for up to two sessions. Panel presentations that include individuals with disabilities from different programs are highly valued. Presenter's considerations are limited to three presenters per session.
2. Presenters are invited to attend the convention on the day of their presentation at no charge, and are eligible for special registration rates for the entire convention.
3. Proposals must be complete and received by the announced deadline.
4. The Convention Committee will review, select, and schedule the presenters. The primary presenter will be notified by May 31st, 2008, and sent a presenter agreement form to sign and return.
5. All rooms will be set up theater or classroom style. Due to consecutive sessions, special room requests may not be possible for all presentations.
