PAR is pleased to announce that vendor space is available at the 2008 annual convention, at the Embassy Suites Hotel, in Dublin, OH. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, per the dated receipt of the accompanying reservation form and full payment of the table fees. Approximately fifteen 8' exhibit tables can be arranged comfortably in the hotel's atrium area, conveniently located near a majority of the convention's activities. The hotel features FREE parking and multiple entrances all around the building, with some parking slots and entryways close to the atrium. This makes exhibit set-up and teardown much easier than at many other convention venues. You may exhibit from very early in the morning through the evening activities, if you so choose. People tend to leave by mid-afternoon on Friday. Table fees include draping and an electrical outlet if requested in advance. Up to two chairs are provided per table for staffing the exhibits. Tables do not need to be staffed at
all times, but neither PAR, nor the Embassy Suites Hotel, will be
responsible for any theft or damage to items left unattended in any
booth or display table area. Please secure all cash, checks, purses,
wallets, supplies, equipment, and any other materials or personal
effects that might be tempting to a thief or vandal. PAR shall not be obligated to refund fees for "no-show" exhibitors. Nor shall PAR be obligated to accept cancellations and refund fees unless written notification is received at the PAR office before 5:00 PM on Monday, September 29, 2008.
