Training: Michael Walling, M.Ed., is a nationally known trainer/speaker on employment issues, Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security benefits for persons with disability and nationally has conducted over 1,800 workshops. He has 39 years experience in serving persons with disability and has assisted programs throughout the United States, Israel and Romania in the development of vocational rehabilitation and employment services. He is highly respected for his ability to present this information and explain points with examples. Most recently, he has provided training program for state agencies and organizations in Delaware, Idaho, Ohio, Oregon, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota on benefit and employment issues. He has conducted workshops in 25 other states during the past two years.
Michael got rave reviews last year at PAR and is back to talk about continuing eligibility for Medicaid & Medicare and how they are impacted by employment as well as the effect of income on Social Security benefits and SSI. The audience is provided the opportunity to ask questions and discover how the use of the Social Security Administration work incentives benefit the individual's continuing eligibility for benefits as they work.
